When the apartments will be ready for occupancy is subject to the time it takes for site preparation and subsequent construction will be completed. At this early stage, there are too many variables to be able to provide an expected completion date.

Many steps are included in site preparation: soil, ground water, and ground testing and measurements; surveying; project planning; government approvals; laying out utilities with building connections; roads; and individual buildings site preparation. 

Before the factory is built, grants still need to be awarded for the construction of the industrial park, then water, sewage, storm, power, and gas services, as well as roads, will be established at the site. The factory building will be constructed and outfitted, and production will begin thereafter. Until that completion date is finalized, there could be no permanent hirings for the factory. 

Many factors will influence the rents asked. We are planning to have an Open House to receive community input.
