A multi-family mixed-use housing project that will provide over 150 housing units for families to call home.
This innovative development combines residential living services, including playgrounds, gardening opportunities, public spaces, and child care.

A housing factory that would
employ as many as 150 people, and produce as many as 300 homes a year subject to the City helping secure Le Maison construction contract as a ‘seeding’ contribution.
Volumetric construction, also known as off-site construction, is a method of building in which entire rooms or sections of a structure are constructed off-site in a factory setting. Once the modules are completed, they are transported to the building site and assembled together to create a finished structure.
Part of a comprehensive City initiative on developing housing capacity for the Region, centered on the Falls.
This exciting development will feature over 50 acres of land, with 26 acres designated to Due North Housing.
As an anchor tenant, Due North Housing will have a significant presence within the industrial park, but will also play a major role in providing services and attracting other tenants to the area.
